Title I. General Dispositions.

Arenas R., Of The  K.T.G.P.E.A.R., And You Will Be Able To Create Sectional In Any Place Of The País,  Which Will Be Governed By The Present Statutes And Your Duration Will Be To Indefinite Term.

Article 2.   You Is An Institution Without Ends Of Lucre, Of Government And Universal Character, Attributed To The Real House Of Celestial Government " R.H.C.G. ". Unaware To All Type Of Political And Religious Activities, With Own Artificial Personality And Own Patrimony.

Article 3.   The Objectives Fundamental De La Foundation Will Be The Following Ones:

A)       Promoter The Social, Cultural And Moral Invigoration.

B)       Realize Visits To The Different Rural Communities And All Those Places Where This The Most Abandoned Community.

C)       To Veil For The Respect Of The Human Rights.

D)       Commission Of Prevention Of The Consumption And Of Cultivations Of Drugs And Narcotics.

Title II. Of Those Members.

Article 4.    Those Members Of FOUNDAPA, They Are Divided In Founders, Active , Honorarium And Taxpayers.

Surrender I.  Of  The Members  Founders.

Article 5.   They Are Members Founders Of FOUNDAPA All, Those That Appear Subscribing The Constituent Records Of The Same One. Member's Condition Founder You Is Compatible With That Of Member  Activate.

Surrender II. Of Those  Members Active.

Article 6.   They Are Members Active The  Natural And Juridical People That They Were  Inscribed As Taxpayers By Means Of An Economic Periodic Contribution, In Species Or Intellectual.

ESTATUTOS

Titulo I. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES.

Capitulo I. DENOMINACIÓN, DOMICILIO, DURACIÓN, NATURALEZA, OBJETO.

Artículo 1. Esta fundación se denominará  FUNDACIÓN PEDRO ARENAS, pudiendo usar  las siglas FUNDAPA, tiene su domicilio principal en  la Ciudad Capital Pedro E. Arenas R., del R.U.D.P.E.A.R., y podrá crear seccionales en cualquier lugar del país,  las cuales se regirán por los presentes estatutos y su duración será a término indefinido.

Artículo 2.  Es una Institución sin fines de lucro, de Carácter Gubernamental y Universal, adscrita A La Real Casa De Gobierno Celestial "R.C.G.C." ajena a todo tipo de actividades políticas y religiosas, con personalidad jurídica propia y patrimonio propio.

Artículo 3.  Los objetivos fundamentales de la Fundación serán los siguientes:

a)       Promover el fortalecimiento social, cultural y moral.

b)       Realizar visitas a las diferentes comunidades rurales y a todos aquellos lugares donde       esta la comunidad más desamparada.

c)       Velar por el Respeto de los Derechos Humanos.

d)       Comisión de Prevención del Consumo y de Cultivos de Drogas y Estupefacientes.

Titulo II. DE LOS (AS) MIEMBROS (AS).

Artículo 4.   Los (as) miembros (as) de FUNDAPA, se dividen en Fundadores (as), Activos (as), Honorarios (as) y Contribuyentes.

Capitulo I.  DE L0S (AS) MIEMBROS (AS) FUNDADORES (AS).

Artículo 5.  Son miembros (as) fundadores (as) de FUNDAPA todos (as), aquellos (as) que aparecen suscribiendo el Acta Constitutiva de la misma. La condición de miembro (a) fundador (a) es compatible con la de miembro (a) activo (a).

Capitulo II. DE LOS (AS) MIEMBROS (AS) ACTIVOS (AS).

Artículo 6.  Son miembros (as) activos (as) las  personas naturales y jurídicas que fueren inscritas como contribuyentes mediante un aporte periódico económico, en especie o intelectual.
